Executive Coaching for leaders who refuse to plateau

Most coaching programmes hand you frameworks you already know. Ours dismantles the blind spots your board won't mention, rebuilds your decision architecture, and gets out of the way. Based in Scotland, working globally.

Where most leaders get stuck

We have coached over ninety senior leaders since 2019. The patterns repeat. See if any of these feel uncomfortably familiar — they form the starting point of every engagement.

Decision fatigue disguised as delegation

You have built a capable team yet still feel compelled to review every significant choice. The issue is not trust — it is an unclear decision framework that silently drags authority back to you.

Strategic clarity that evaporates under pressure

The quarterly plan looks sharp on paper. Then a market shift hits and you revert to instinct. Without a stress-tested thinking process, strategy becomes wishful planning.

Feedback vacuum at the top

The higher you climb, the less honest input you receive. Direct reports filter bad news. Peers compete. Your board sees curated updates. The result is a widening blind-spot corridor.

Identity entangled with the role

When your sense of self is fused with your title, every organisational challenge becomes a personal threat. We help you separate identity from function so you can lead without ego interference.

Five phases, no fluff

Each engagement follows a structured arc. We are not interested in open-ended coaching relationships that drift. You should outgrow us within six to nine months.

1

Diagnostic conversation

A ninety-minute recorded session where we map your current leadership operating system — how you make decisions, manage energy, handle conflict, and define success. No questionnaires, no personality tests.

2

Stakeholder shadow audit

We interview five to seven people in your orbit — direct reports, peers, a board member — using a protocol designed to surface what polite feedback conceals. You receive a raw, anonymised synthesis.

3

Pattern disruption sprints

Fortnightly sessions targeting one behavioural pattern at a time. We use scenario rehearsal, real-time decision analysis, and structured reflection. Each sprint lasts four weeks.

4

Live-fire integration

You apply new approaches in actual board meetings, negotiations, or strategy sessions. We debrief within twenty-four hours, adjusting the model based on what worked and what collapsed.

5

Exit and self-sufficiency check

A final review against your original diagnostic. We document your evolved leadership operating system so you can maintain it without us. A three-month follow-up call is included at no extra cost.

Outcomes, not opinions

We track measurable shifts across four dimensions. These figures are aggregated from forty-seven completed engagements between 2020 and 2025.

Honest answers to common questions

Is this only for C-suite executives?
No. We work with senior leaders at VP level and above, as well as founders running teams of twenty or more. The common thread is that you have significant decision-making authority and limited honest feedback loops. If you manage a large budget and feel isolated in your role, this programme is relevant to you.
How much does an engagement cost?
A full six-month engagement ranges from £8,500 to £14,000 depending on scope and the number of stakeholder interviews. We do not offer single sessions or pay-per-hour arrangements. The diagnostic call is free and carries no obligation.
Can sessions happen remotely?
Yes. Roughly seventy percent of our clients work with us entirely via secure video call. For leaders based in Scotland or northern England, we also offer in-person sessions at our Rathridge office or a mutually convenient location. The methodology is identical in both formats.
What makes this different from therapy or mentoring?
Therapy explores your past to heal. Mentoring shares someone else's experience. Our coaching examines your present leadership behaviour, identifies the specific patterns that limit your effectiveness, and builds new ones through deliberate practice. We are not interested in your childhood — we are interested in how you ran last Tuesday's board meeting.
What if I realise coaching is not what I need?
That happens, and we will tell you. During the diagnostic call, if we believe your challenge is better addressed by a therapist, a recruiter, or a structural change in your organisation, we will say so directly. We have referred roughly fifteen percent of initial enquiries elsewhere. Integrity matters more than revenue.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before the first session. Stakeholder interview data is anonymised before you see it. Session recordings are encrypted and deleted within thirty days of the engagement ending. We never use client names or identifying details in any marketing material.
